Speakers and Chairs

GUIDELINES FOR SPEAKERS, CHAIRS, AND REVIEWERS

Chairs:
The chairs of the parallel sessions are listed in the detailed conference program. Each parallel session is 90 minutes long. We recommend allocating 30 minutes per paper, including the presentation (20min), discussion (5min), and Q&A (5min).

Feel free to adjust the order of presentations if the final speaker has time constraints.

Speakers:
All conference rooms are equipped with standard audio-visual setups, allowing you to accompany your presentation with slides. To avoid compatibility issues, please ensure that your presentation is prepared as a .pdf file.

All presentations must be delivered in English.

Reviewers:
Each paper has been assigned to a specific reviewer. The detailed conference program includes information on the assigned reviewer for each paper.

Presenters are expected to send the latest version of their paper to their assigned reviewer at least one week prior to the conference (contact details will be provided by email).

Please keep reviews concise, with a maximum duration of 5 minutes.
