Important dates:

Long abstracts (2 to 6 pages) or Full papers submission from December 15, 2024 to February 17, 2025. 

Notification of acceptance: by April 1st, 2025.

Registration will be closed by: May 1st, 2025.

Submission Process

Submission will open in 2024, December.

We only accept submission through the website (New submission page). You must register and login to submit a contribution.

Submission can take the form of Long abstracts (2 to 6 pages) or Full papers (no more than 30 pages, font 12).
